Double Pocket Card

Today's technique challenge was to create a double pocket card. It was actually quite funny when I looked to see what the challenge was for the day because at THE EXACT SAME TIME I was printing off the instructions from off of Judy's blog.
I really like this set of scrapbook paper....Fall Flowers. I also used the "Happiness" background stamp which I have not used since last years' convention....bad girl!!!! The lower "bookmark" is actually done with Soft Sky but it looks a bit murky in the photo. I would like to make this again with a little more time at hand.

Here is the tutorial on how to create this card from Joy in a Jar

If you would like to see some other Double Pocket creations - the gallery is here

Amy and I are getting ready to do the trade fair here in the Fort on the weekend. Busy, Busy, Busy.

Oh, and a big thank you to Danyelle Kessler at Hangnailz n' Papercutz. She gave us the "You Make My Day Award".... It did make my day....although she did threaten us with detention if we didn't go and "pick it up" from her blog.....Ya gotta laugh....sending a teacher to detention first thing on a Monday morning. Danyelle has some cool stuff on her blog so go check it out!!!

That's all for today
Happy Stampin' - Joan
