Same Paper - Different Designs

This is one of the cards we did for our Stampiversary event.  After the even there were left overs - because you always cut extra just in case.  I took the extras and turned them into music cards that I could sell.  The paper product is Stampin'Up! although the stamps are not.  There hasn't been any music themed stamps for a couple of years now.  (BooHoo!!!)

These are the cards I created with the left overs from the second make and take we had at our anniversary event.  I did use retired music stamps for these ones because the size worked well.

Have a great day.

Tenth Anniversary Celebration

On September 27, Amy Barry and I invited everyone who has helped us to build our stamping business through the ten years we've been a part of the Stampin'Up!  We joined together and ran our business as a partnership for four years, now we each run it on our own.  It was so much fun to see people who we haven't been in touch with for a while and the new people who we're stamping with now.  The afternoon was a huge success and Amy and I had fun preparing for the event!

We had two make and takes for our guests to make.  One using products that were around when we first started out - "Lovely as a Tree" and "Sincere Salutations", the second project was using products out of the Holiday catalogue.

Amy put together the tiny gift boxes which were filled with trail mix and had an acorn on top.  As you can tell - our theme was fall!

It was a fantastic afternoon - thanks again to everyone who made this event a success, and who have helped make the last 10 years a success as well.
