Challenge Catch-Up...

I didn't really realize that I used similar colours on these cards and when I showed them to my husband he noted that I was into buttons today....oh well.

The "Hello" card is for the "Limited Supplies Challenge" in which you were to use the circle punches. I had used this same layout a number of years ago, but I changed it up with a current stamp set...so I suppose I just cased myself again. That can't be good.

The Friend card is for today's Inspiration Challenge. We were to find a scrapbook page we were inspired by and create a card from it. I went to "Stampin' with Heather" because I like what she comes up with. I've come to realize now that the layout I selected was actually created by one of Heather's friends....it's so darling. I used Kraft paper for the base, pieces from Cutie Pie Paper and Doodle This. I created the letters by embossing the Jumbo Outline Alphabet in black and then colouring them in before cutting the letters out. It was fun to create.... Inspiration Challenge Gallery

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Spring weekend....and thanks for dropping by.
