What a busy afternoon - I've had fun actually catching up on some of the challenges I missed while I was sick.
I'm kind of sorry I made this bunny pink only because a colleague of mine just had her baby boy. Nothing to say I can't remake it in blue!!! The adorable image is from Meljen's Designs. The sketch is from Friday Sketchers (shown below). Stamp Something is challenging people to create "Pink Somethings" and Our Creative Corner is asking people to "Break out the Buttons"
Oh, I haven't used googly eyes on a card for a very long time but this little guy just asked for them...especially when he's singing the Hokey Pokey!!!!
The Penny Black Saturday Challenge was "Check it Out"- to include checks in the creations. 365 Cards asked for a colour combination of green, yellow, red, orange and white. The sketch is from Sweet Stop Sketches and is shown below. Finally - CCEE wanted creations this week to include some silliness because of April Fools. So that covers the bases on this card.
Finally - This hat is my choice for today from Splitcoast's Inspiration Challenge from William Chalmers Millinery. Wow do they have some fabulous creations - too bad I don't wear hats - it sure makes me want to. I've also used the Midnight Madness Sketch challenge for this card because it fit perfectly with the three rows of rings.
That's all for this afternoon - I'm hoping to continue feeling well enough to go out with my husband tonight to watch our son's band perform. Can't stay out too late though because we've got to sing tomorrow morning. Hope you have had a wonderful Saturday - thanks for stopping by to visit.
