Masculine Mojo

I created two cards for the Monday Mojo sketch this week.  Monday I was still in Calgary so I created a card on MDS that I'll use for a Thank You (that card is shown below).  Tuesday after school, I created a masculine version of the sketch to go along with the challenge over at Hand Stamped Sentiments.

As you can see, I have already used something from this weeks available MDS downloads.....I'm going to enjoy the Soft Blooms!!!

I was happy to come home to an apple tree full of blossoms!!!!!  I just love the apples from our tree - no idea what kind they are - just good to eat!  It's been raining all day, and that's been nice too.  Can't go out to play in the garden, so I can stay inside playing with paper this afternoon.

Hope your day has been good - thanks for dropping by!
Joan

I just LOVE a good manly card and you've typed it up perfectly here Joan! :) hehe...

That type writer is one of my fav's and I love how you've crinkled the paper and added the brads. The woodgrain and ribbon add a nice touch!

Type on my friend, type ON! :) Thanks for playing this week over at Hand Stamped Sentiments!

Oh yeah you got the Soft Flowers! They are so SO fabulous and I love how you added one to your MDS card. I agree with Dawn and I too really like the type writer stamp image. Both your cards are super amazing and I always enjoy visiting your blog. Thank you for being a part of our challenge this week at Hand Stamped Sentiments. Smiles, Elizabeth

Both of your cards turned out wonderfully! I love that typewriter (used it on my manly card too, as I don't have many masculine stamps) and you put the perfect finishing touches on it with the distressing and the woodsy background. Thanks so much for playing at Hand Stamped Sentiments!
